​Woman Tribe (Gentle to Moderate): A women’s only class. The teacher creates a sacred space for us to explore our body, mind and spirit in the celebration of our womanhood. A gentle flow style class with emphasis on grounding and hips which works on balancing the female hormonal system. This helps to balance emotions, immunity, and connection with others. We welcome all women to the tribe, any age and stage in life are welcome. This class is prenatal/ postnatal safe, great for fertility, menstruating, pre-menopausal and post-menopausal. Feel encouraged to bring art, literature, and anything that inspires you. Teacher will incorporate it into class.

​GENTLE FLOW (prenatal welcome): Extra gentle yoga for everybody but especially welcome to women who are pregnant or trying to conceive  Nourish yourself! Strengthen mind, body and spirit. Class includes yoga postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy/ boost fertility for women looking to conceive. Relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to help tap into your pranic (energetic) flow to find deep strength and peace. This class is beneficial at anytime during pregnancy and for all people, pregnant or not, looking to relax.

 

 

Prenatal Yoga :Nourish yourself and/or your baby to be! Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labor and delivery with a class designed to help expectant moms deepen their experience and enjoyment of pregnancy. Class includes yoga postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy with heavy emphasis on optimal fetal postion. Relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery for pregnant women and tap into your pranic (energetic) flow to find deep strength and peace. This class is beneficial at anytime during pregnancy. Please let your pregnant friends and family members know about this yummy class! ($119 6 Class Pack)
